Homeworking in the chosen company

This bachelor thesis focuses on the homeworking, its advantages and disadvantages, benefits and difficulties for the employer and also for the employees. It contains definitions of the basic terms that are related to homeworking or legal regulation of working from home in the Czech legal system. The main part of the thesis illustrates using of homeworking in UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, Ltd. It describes a method of introduction and utilization of technological resources and application. It also indicates situations in which homeworking is primarily used and a method of protection against hackers and other threats. Results are evaluated and interpreted on the basis of information collected from sent questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview with Ing. Miroslav Zach, the manager of the SME Corporate Client Centre. In conclusion, some suggestions for an improvement are recommended.

Selected Labour Law Aspects of the Problematic Matters of Working from Home Abstract This diploma thesis analyses the most problematic aspects related to the institute of working from home. The identified aspects are: the costs incurred by the employee when working from home, the determination of the employee's place of residence as the place of performance of dependent work, the area of occupational health and safety and accidents arising from the performance of work from home, complications related to working hours in connection with the performance of work in the home office regime, issues related to the control of the employee working from home, the issue of equal treatment of all employees of the employer and the area of data and sensitive information protection in connection with the performance of work from home. The author focuses in his diploma thesis only on work from home performed remotely using digital technologies (also known as home office), not on manual work performed at home (so called homeworking). The diploma thesis on The issue of home office in the selected company in terms of the advantages and the disadvantages working from home aims to analyze and identify the advantages and the disadvantages of home office and propose a suitable procedure for motivating employees to use home office in a selected organization. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the study of literature and other available sources and summarizes the basic concepts and knowledge in this area. It defines the concept of personnel management and focuses on the development stages of the managerial approach to personnel, introduces and describes flexible forms of employment, characterizes and defines the concept of home office and gets acquainted with the current legislation on work outside the workplace in the Czech Republic. Working from home: the possibility or necessity?

The study describes the use of work from home across socio-demographic groups in the Czech Republic during the coronavirus year 2020. It shows how work-from-home arrangements relate to workers' characteristics, such as their education, industry, gender, and type of household. The analysis reveals the perceived barriers to and benefits of working from home.
Analysis of flexible forms of employment with a focus on working from home

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to map the field of flexible forms of employment. Introduce individual forms of employment according to various authors and shortly describe them. Then evaluate several selected forms and capture their advantages and disadvantages, both from the side of employer and employee. For better understanding of the topic context, there is an introduction of a few basic concepts, explanation of the concept of flexibility and mentioned trends that currently affect employment. The greatest emphasis is on the forms of work from home. Which the practical part is focused on. The methodological part contains informations about the researched sample and the data collection method. In practical part will contain results from quantitative research using a questionnaire. The goal of the practical part is to find out the opinions of the interviewed about the work from home then their awareness of the advantages and disadvantages, an interest in given form of employment and at the same time confirmation or disproof of pre-determined research questions.
